A pale yellow, almost subtle in the glass. The aroma is a floral whisper where you can detect apple and peach – delicate yet intense at the same time. Then you take a sip and it all becomes clear: full-bodied, with pronounced savouriness, a freshness that cleanses the palate, and a finish that lingers far longer than you’d expect. That’s our Passerina for you: it seduces you with its gentleness and wins you over with its substance. Made from grapes grown on clay soils between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines, this harmonious white always knows how to shine in the glass.

Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Ageing in vitrified cement tanks.
