“Refined and powerful,
like light in a glass”
A straw-yellow colour with flashes of green, so vivid it seems to move in the glass. The nose is filled with a layered bouquet: white flowers, exotic fruits, followed by citrus, green apple and pear. A fragrance that never fades, but continues to reveal itself. On the palate, it has it all: body, power and structure, but also that aromatic finesse that makes Pecorino unmistakable. Grapes grown on our south-west facing hillsides, bathed in daylight, which, after gentle pressing, ferment and mature unhurriedly, giving rise to the harmonious and refined complexity of our Pecorino.

Vineyards in the municipality of Controguerra between 200 and 270 metres above sea level.

Wine-making and ageing
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Ageing in vitrified cement tanks.
