ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: Pale straw yellow.
Nose: Flower-like, intense, delicate scents of apple and peach.
Flavour: Good structure, full, long persistence, armonious; this wine shows a good sapidity and a delicate freshness.
ORIGIN
The vineyards are located in the municipality of Controguerra, 260 metres a.s.l.
COMPOSITION OF SUBSOIL
Loose soil, tending to clayey.
CHARACTERISTICS OF PLANT EQUIPMENT
The vineyards are a trained with a vertical trellis system with a density of approximately 5.200 stocks per hectare and eastern expositure.
TIMES OF HARVEST AND WINE-MAKING
The Passerina grapes are hand-picked, after an accurate selection in late September - early October depending on the climate conditions. Grapes are stemmed and softly crushed; the must is statically decanted before being poured into thermo-conditioned stainless steel thanks to fermet at a controlled temperature ranging between 16° and 18°C.
